This study is available to male and female volunteers.

This study involves an investigational drug which is being developed for the treatment of liver diseases, and an approved drug which is an anti-bacterial agent used for the treatment of infections such as tuberculosis.

The purpose of this study is to see if there are differences in the amount of the first drug taken up by the body and how quickly it is eliminated when it is given alone or together with the second drug. The study will also provide information on how safe and how well tolerated they are when administered together.
