This study is offered to female volunteers under treatment with an aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer and who are menopausal. Additionally they must also suffer from vulvovaginal atrophy.

This study involves a drug which is used or is being developed for the treatment of menopausal symptoms such as vaginal atrophy and female sexual dysfunction.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the time course of intravaginal drug compared to placebo on the serum levels of DHEA and its metabolites in breast cancer patients treated with an aromatase inhibitor who have moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy (VVA).
